  • Goal Setting call

  • Personalised Training Program, in app

  • Training Program updated every 4 weeks (or as needed)

  • Vegan eating guide

  • Weekly Online Check in

  • Exercise technique review as needed

  • Accountability and support

  • Message access to coach

All coaching packages have a 12 week minimum, it takes 12 weeks to build new habits and 12 weeks to start seeing those results!

VIP FITNESS & NUTRITION COACHING

If you are ready to go all in - this package is for you.

Combining Fitness & Nutrition accountability, personalised program and guidance will ensure you reach those goals. If you're not sure where to start with your nutrition, I've got you covered.
